REGULATION
1.The aim of the international Tourfilm Festival is to stimulate and promote film, television and audiovisual productions which emphasize the value and function of tourism in our time under various aspects: cultural, social, economic, recreational, religious, health and sport related highlighting the location, the landscape, the facilities, the communication, the hospitality and the infrastructure in addition to the antropological, ethnic, folcloric, enological, gastronomical characteristics, as well as tipical arts and crafts.
2.Pararllel with the Festival, various additional events like Conferences, Round Table Discussions and Exhibitons will take place within the framework of the “Nations and Regions Days” with the aim to draw attention to the quality of products and services of crafts and tourism.
3.The general organization of the Festival is entrusted to the Organizing Commitee wchich is responsible for the selection and planning of the proposed activities, while the technical organization is entrusted to a special agency.
4.The Organizing Committee consists of: A Chairman, A Director, An Artist Director, An Executive Secretary, Possible experts and representatives of various boards selected for their special contributions.
5.The Organizing Committee can avail itself to the colaboration of Agencies, National and International Organizations, Tour Opreators and the Mass Media
6.An International Honorary Committee can be appointed for every edition of the Festival
7.All nominations, appointments and possible cooperations are proposed by te Director and approved by the organizing Committee.
8.The following may be participate in the Festival: video format, films on CD and DVD.
9.The following may be presented at the festival out of competition:: audiovisuals – slides, multivision, as well other innovates technologies : CD-DVD, WEB SITE
10.The Selection Committee selects the films and audiovisual materials for presentation in or out competition and its decisions are final. The composition of the Selection Committee is appointed by the Organizing Committee upon the Director`s proposed candidacies.
11.The Jury consist of experts appointed by the Organizing Committee chosen from a list of names proposed by the Executive Board. The number of members of the Jury may vary, depending on the technical requirements regarding both from and content. The Jury will nominate its own President. The Festival`s Artistic Director will take on the function of the secretary of the Jury, supported by the Director in the role of coordinator. Neither has the right to vote. The Jury, presented with the materials selected by the Selection Committee will in full independence pass its final judgment. The Jury as a whole or its single members are not responsible for any other prize awarded by the Organizing Committee. If considered appropriate, the Jury may give “ex aequo” point prizes and awards. The Jury has the authority to point out works are worthy of additional awards.

Prize for the HOSPITALITY AND SERVICES

Prize for the ETHNO – GASTRONOMIC TOURISM
Prize for the RURAL TOURISM
Prize for the ECO – TOURISM
Prize for the RELIGIOUS TOURISM
THE SPECIAL PRIZES:
PRIZE FOR THE BEST TOURISTIC SPOT
PRIZE FOR THE BEST WEB SITE OF TOURIST INFORMATION
13.Indipendently of the Jury, the Organizing Committee, the Executive and the Artistic Boards have the authority to grant special honorary award to film audiovisuals, Personalities, Boards and Organizations of their role in popularizing tourism.
14.Every filmtaking part in the comprtition will recieve a certificate of Partecipation.
15.The completion date of the competing films must not exceed the period of three years preceding the date of the Festival. The Application Forms are to be sent to Direzione Generale del Fesival Internazionale del Film Turistico. The participants should however, cover the costs incurred through bureaucratic procedures required for the temporary importing of materials coming from abroad.
16.The Organizing Committee guaranteess the risks of theft and fire of the materials competition.
The Authors, Producers and Distributors participating in the Festival accept each and every rule of this Regulations, which however can be changed for technical or operational reasons. The Executive Board of the Festival will decided about any dispute or anything that is not foreseen by this Regulations, following the rules which regulate similar events and in accordance whit Italian and international laws, in conventional and legal terms.
